As an impact fund, our overall focus is on supporting individuals and families in their homes and their communities, with a focus on innovations that support a more resilient world. We support advancements that enhance durability, efficiency, and adaptability in home resilience, including in electrification/energy and home and community weatherization. We also invest in solutions that make housing more affordable, accessible, and sustainable, ensuring more people can achieve long-term stability and success. This includes helping future buyers with their mortgage readiness, increasing the supply of affordable homeownership, and innovations that allow people to age in place safely and with dignity. Finally, we also invest in AI for social good, with the goal of ensuring benefits are accessible to everyone while mitigating the risks it poses.
